More than two decades ago in a small town called Ifo, (EE-FOUR) in Ogun State, Nigeria Tunde Olusegun introduced Nofiu to golf. He took him to Elephant Golf Club, Ewekoro and opened his eyes to a new world of possibilities. It was a humble beginning, playing golf with a bent-pipe good enough to hit a golf ball far as a golf club.
As time went on, his skills grew and his love of the game flourished. Under the supervision of Late PGAN Golf Professional Jones Esioyingbo, he went through the caddiship program to hone his talent and played in a PGAN Qualifying School in 2015.
Upon his move to California, Nofiu passed the PGA of America Playing Ability Test. He is now a PGA Associate, Professional Golf Instructor, PGA Hope Adaptive Golf Certified Instructor and a Certified Club Fitting Professional with a passion for improving the golf game of individuals of all ages and skill levels.
